Hello!. I was reading about organic pesticides and I would like to know how efficient is the use of these pesticides, such as garlic and chili, considering that we are working with thousands of hectares.
Thank you so much for the insights Kris Wyckhuys. I will read the papers. My question arose when we were talking about pesticides in the ecology class at my university (UTEC). I usually use garlic and chili to protect my plants from some pests, such as the mining worm and some insects that appeared. During class I remembered that and mentioned it to my teacher. She told me that it would have to be tested on thousands of hectares and see if it could really be an alternative (efficient and economically viable) to the chemicals used to control pests. Greetings from Peru!
