This Annex to Accounting for Natural Climate Solutions: Guidance for measuring GHG emissions from land, forests, and soils across the supply chain is intended for anyone interest in a detailed technical understanding of the topics covered by the Guidance. The primary audience is experts and analysts working in greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting. Developed in parallel to the Guidance, this document offers:
- additional background on Guidance recommendations,
- additional information on the methodological options assessed during the development of the Guidance, and
- a detailed description of the implications and limitations of the recommended approach.
