The power of the plate: the case for regenerative organic agriculture in improving human health

The advent of industrial agriculture has led to increased environmental degradation and a healthcare epidemic. This white paper offers analyses of the rise of industrial agriculture, its connection to poor diets and nutrition, and solutions to implement regenerative healthcare.

The investigation revealed that the rise of diseases such as obesity and diabetes could be attributed to agriculture systems that prioritize yield and shelf life over nutrition.  Furthermore, industrialized farming exposes humans to toxic chemicals and environmental pollutants, causing detrimental effects on health.

The white paper advocates regenerative healthcare as the solution. This would involve increasing the availability of nutrient-dense foods and initiating regeneration of the soil by shifting to a regenerative organic farming system that eliminates toxic inputs and focuses on foods optimal for our health.
