US State by State Summary of Seaweed Aquaculture Leasing/Permitting Requirements (2021)
A 2018 report assessed shellfish aquaculture permitting systems and documented permitting and leasing requirements for shellfish operations. However, these regulations have undergone many changes, rendering this document outdated. Additionally, Hawaii and the US territories were not included in the initial report.
